Hi i'm Tawseef Ahmad Mir from Kashmir, presently a research scholar of botany at Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
I have collected this plant specie from the higher reaches of Kashmir valley. Please help me to get it identified.

The quality of the picture is not good.
It is some species of Juncus.
