Where did you find the name strobilanthes attracta var napaulensis,  Devendrav Ji ?
Strobilanthes pentstemonoides (Nees) T. Anderson var. pentstemonoides.

To just get things straight, I think Devendra ji meant S. attenuata subsp. nepalensis which is now treated as synonym of S. lachenensis C B Clarke, which differs from S.  penstemonoides Nees (leaves anisomerous)  in isomerous leaves. As leaves seem clearly anisomerous in the upload, Saroj ji's ID is correct.
