please identify the plant in the picture. The picture was taken from Botanical Garden, Warsaw. The label was missing.

what a missed opportunity

there is label on the plant but enlarging it cant read it

you should always photograph the label, esp if you are in  a foreign country and you are not likely to go back to see it flower and fruit for an id

hope someone ids it from these leaves and their pattern
