I think there is a TYPO error from Ashwini ji.

The posted plant is Persicaria runcinata (Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don) H. Gross

This is  actually Persicaria sinuata (Royle ex Bab.) H.Gross  which is often confused with its very closely related eastern himalayan sister species P. runcinata please see attached post for differences.

Persicaria sinuata submission AS3 Jan21 (google.com)  

Garg ji please also correct Polygonum runcinatum page name to Persicaria runcinata (Buch.-Ham. ex D.Don) H.Gross which at present is its accepted name.
