Hi, Suresh ji,

I feel it's also Berberis aristata & not Berberis angulosa due to flowers in drooping axillary many-flowered clusters as in Berberis aristata & not (usually) solitary as in Berberis angulosa. Also Berberis angulosa appears out of range as per Concise Flowers of the Himalayas.
