It is Themeda villosa it the awn of the fertile spikelet is not well developed. Otherwise it is Themeda caudata owing to the false racemes being in cluster of 2 to 3. Kindly open up the spikelet to check. Themeda arundinacea has tubercle based bristles on the lower glumes of the involucral spikelets, whereas, this picture shows only puberulous hairs. All the three species and also Themeda longispatha were treated under Anthisthiria gigantea in the past.
