Frankly, I am confused between C. gouriana, recta, heynei, and flammula.
And now your suggested Clematis paniculata.
That's the reason I have posted these pictures.
Hope to know the differences.

Possibly C.flammula .   Leaflets margin lobed in a few leaves.    Need to check thoroughly with the specimen rather than comparing photographs for final ID.

I forgot to add that the flowers are fragrant.
I will try to figure out slowly the different Species.
