A Cactus plant for id please

From Cactus Garden Panchkula

Date/Time-	24 Feb 2010
Location- Place, Altitude, GPS-	Panchkula (Haryana) Near Chandigarh
Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type	In Cactus Garden
Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb
Height/Length-	50 cm
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-	not seen
Inflorescence Type/ Size-
Flowers Size/ Colour/ Calyx/ Bracts	Red
Fruits Type/ Shape/ Size Seeds
Other Information like Fragrance, Pollinator, Uses etc.-
