Wild herb for ID from Delhi

Saw this small weed in Lodhi Garden today. Reminded me of Artemisia, but the flower-heads appear solitary, on long stalks.
  Any clue to the identification?

Yes it is Cotula australis. It is widely spread as weed in India according to BSI. I have seen two photographs shared by Imran from Lahore also
