A live specimen is must for the authentic identification..
For a tentative identification, at least we need a CLEAR photograph of the plant, with essential BOTANICAL details to examine the plant.

Meanwhile, in your photograph IMG_1129.JPG, there are three species associated..
WHICH one needs the identification?
