Going by the inflorescence, Amaranthus cruentus is also possible as in Chenopodiaceae and Amaranthaceae Week: RVS-4: Amaranthus cruentus?

Please check Amaranthus tuberculatus (Moq.) J.D.Sauer .
Is it a cultivated sp.?
