There seems some confusion, C. aurantifolia is Lime (Kagzi nimbu) with smaller fruit barely exceeding 4 cm in diam. whereas Grapefruit is C. paradisi which has fruits this size but petiole is broadly winged. To me it looks like C. sinensis or its cultivar

For me Saroj ji is correct.  The fruit is called chakotha in Kannada.  Seen in many home gardens in Mysore & Bangalore.

GBIF and CoL says Citrus grandis as accepted but POWO says  C.maxima.
