Kindly ID the tree photographs sent as attachments. The leaves have resemblance to Mammea species (M.suriga ?). The tree has been photographed on the outskirts of Mysore city and sent to me by one of my friends.

Ajinkya must be right, but leaves seem a bit too wide for calophyllum inophyllum, yet I 'm thinking that perhaps they are wider /bigger only because its still a sapling.
