POWO gives it as a syn. of Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Planch.
There is another closer taxon as Parthenocissus vitacea (Knerr) Hitchc. as per POWO, with many forms and varieties of Parthenocissus quinquefolia and Parthenocissus inserta as synonyms.

Garg ji all three databases treat them as distinct taxa
One P. quinquefolia and another P. vitacea (syn: P. incerta)
Earlier it was known as P. vitacea then P. incerta, and now again as P. vitacea.

POWO gives it (Parthenocissus inserta) as a syn. of Parthenocissus quinquefolia (L.) Planch.

Garg ji, if you want to follow POWO, list it as P. vitaceae
I have written clearly above that there are two different taxa with distinct characters
If you want to follow POWO the two are P. quiquefolia and P. vitacea
If you want to follow WFO the names are P. quiquefolia and P. inserta (syn P. vitacea)
If you want to follow COL (Catalogue of Life) the names are P. quinquefolia and P. vitacea (syn: P. inserta)

You can pick your choice, but the fact remains there are two distinct taxa.
