Can anybody assist with the identification of  plant near the bird. Picture is from Ladakh. Not clicked by me.

Difficult to see any details.
Can you ask her/ him to crop the picture of the plant & then post ?

I checked but then leaves in the image appears to be succulent and entire...

I will try to get some more images if available

Suggested plant Grangea maderaspatana is a tropical species not found in Ladakh
It could be Artemisia macrocephala
