Seen these ornamental plants in a resort in Mahabaleshwar, MH in March 2020.

The leaves in this post do match the ones in Saroj ji's post Re: [efloraofindia:301281] Re: SK1256 04 JUL 2018??

Am uploading a cropped pics of the margin of the leaf. Can the small projections be called eyelashes (something what Tabish ji indicated in Saroj ji's post)
