Beaumontia . But not sure of the species.  Also check for B.gandiflora.  The plants are sold in the local nursery

I my observation it matches with Beaumontia murtonii Craib  
comparing flower budding !

Going by Keys in Flora of China, I think it should be Beaumontia grandiflora :
4 (2)Corolla funnelform, limb attenuate at base; stamens white, filaments 3.2-6 cm 4 Beaumontia grandiflora
+Corolla broadly campanulate, limb abruptly constricted at base; stamens yellow or orange, filaments 1.5-2.5 cm 5 Beaumontia murtonii

However, on net I could not find many images with yellow or orange stamens.

Dave's garden gives a different view not based on stamen colour. For this a proper side view is required for id. Pl. see

Please compare with the flower bud shape which 
looks different from B. grandiflora !

Buds look similar in both. Pl. check buds in your posted image- how it has elongated in some of the buds.
