Hi, Saroj ji,
To me appears close to Ligustrum confusum Decne. as per comparative images at Ligustrum
Flora of China gives the following keys:
27 (25)Leaf blade glabrous or occasionally pubescent only along midrib adaxially, ovate to elliptic; pedicel 0-1 mm 16 Ligustrum confusum
+Leaf blade ± hairy, if glabrous, then blade lanceolate and inflorescences axillary or terminal; pedicel 1-5 mm 17 Ligustrum sinense

On further scrutiny and going through descriptions in Flora of China as also discussed in MS March, 2020/15 Ligustrum compactum ? for ID/confirmation, it should be Ligustrum compactum due to large lanceolate leaves, long acumnate apex and more no. of lateral veins along with flower shape being different from those at SK 2670 16 July 2020
