It could be either.
Most of the flora in this park was planted (restored), after meticulously clearing the non-native Prosopis juliflora - this was about more than a decade ago.

This looks like Tephrosia apollinea ... flowers coming on a peduncle , goes against T. uniflora .
I am looking for details of elusive T. uniflora subsp. uniflora ... Please help in this regard .

Tephrosia apollinea was a very common plant in Oman.
I have seen and photographed around Muscat a number of times.
