Plants from Cactus Garden: Unid Succulent 2 from Panchkula

Please help to identify this succulent growing in the same garden, I cannot certainly say about the fruit picture attached, whether this belongs to same or a different plant..

"What about one of the Bulbines JM?
That is the only thing I can think of that looks similar to Aloe and has yellow flowers. Not really sure on this, but a thought.
