Identification, please. Unfortunately, no flower related or any other information available.

Date/Time- November 8, 2017; 09:52 hrs.
Location- Place, Altitude, GPS- Eastern Melghat
Habitat- Garden/ Urban/ Wild/ Type- Wild
Plant Habit- Tree/ Shrub/ Climber/ Herb-  Sapling of a shrub or a small tree
Height/Length- 2'
Elevation- 700m
