I wish to know the name of this species.
Amaranthus caudatus
Amaranthus cruentus[Not possible as my specimen is not red and seeds are not black]
Amaranthus hypochondriacus

In that case, it may be Amaranthus cruentus L. as per details herein and as per comparative images at Amaranthus
