I will go with Sushant ji, who is an expert on this group, as per images and details at Ceropegia pubescens
It is a bit variable as can be seen from different observations at Ceropegia pubescens

The coiling of the corolla is a common phenomenon among Ceropegia/ Brachystelma group.

This phenomenon can be seen more often in Section Tiloris  H. Huber of Ceropegia
