This is indeed an orchid. Cant make out the species, but should be either Liparis or Crepidium.

Please check when it flowers.

It is not Liparis nervosa (flowers are not so close and leaves are not that narrow) for sure. I think it is neither Liparis rheedii (Leaves on ground?).

I dont have any checklist of Indonesian orchids to check with others.

Not easy to confirm. I would say this is a Crepidium.
