Utriculatia purpurascens Pl. confirm. Photo taken ferw days back at Kas. A very tiny flower of less than 5 mm in size.

Hi Narendra,
 
I would think this is Utricularia janarthanamii since the upper petal as well as the lower petals have white and the size of the flower is small. U. purpurascens is bigger in size.

The pics are not good enough to id U. reticulata. It is a highly variable species and so are other Utricularias. Let us wait for Dr. Janarthanam to id and if he doesn't let us leave it as it is without giving an id which might be wrong.
I am attaching a pic of CONFIRMED U. reticulata taken by Ashok Captain and me.

Dear Gurcharan jee and all..
I too have a doubt regarding the Utricularia reticulata. that in all the literature we find, this species is separated on the basis of thing scape..
But In some specimen from Karnataka,  We could see the erect scape without any sign of coiling..! but remaining characters matched..Is there any distinct character that separates U. reticulata..?
