No flowers when the picture was taken on 4/5/14.

I think more closer to Haplanthodes tentaculatus (L.) Nees var. neilgherryensis (Wight) J. R. I. Wood rather than Haplanthodes tentaculatus (Nees) Majumdar (Type variety)
