A reply:
"There are chances of Crotalaria albida Roth. 
Herb about 30cm tall.Leaves simple, small, oblanceolate or oblong-elliptic, upto 2.0cm x 0.8cm. Flowers yellow about 10 or more more flowered raceme.

Assuming it's Aug-Oct period, it could be C. montana as well.
If standard is glabrous, it's more likely to be C. montana (ref. M R Almeida 2:31)
