Date : 31-05-2019
Habit : Undershrub, up to about 30-45 cm. tall
Habitat : Wild

I guess Indigofera hebepetala has got no distribution in Mizoram.
Any possibility of Indigofera bracteata Graham ex Baker ??

I checked all the species listed here.
I think this Indigofera heterantha as per images and details herein.
Flora of China says 
Leaves 6-7 cm, (9-)13-25-foliolate; 
Corolla purple to light purple; standard elliptic, 7.5-9(-13) × 4-5 mm, outside hairy; wings 7.5-10 mm, margin ciliate; keel 0.7-1.3 cm, outside apically hairy, margin ciliate;
