Sorry Mahadeshwara ji, this is a very tiny plant and my phone could only go as close as this. Here are 2 slightly zoomed in image that might help.

Thank you everyone else, for the ID. Here's a list of Euphorbias from Dr. Bhandari's Flora of the Indian Desert, which does not feature Euphorbia serpens:
