A venenata looks like the ones you will find in the link below, Hence I think this is not the plant, though I am not very sure.

Please compare. I think it is different. In my observation, less  reddish / pinkish tinge on flower and  hairy pedicel in nerrifolia 

compared to  sebusii. I may be wrong.

Going by descriptions in Flora of China of Alstonia neriifolia D. Don and Alstonia henryi Tsiang (now syn. of Alstonia sebusii (Van Heurck & Müll.Arg.) Monach.), it should be Alstonia neriifolia as the later nerves are early at a right angle to midvein (and not at 45-60° to midvein).

Also the position of later veins is evidently clear from POWO specimens at
