I found Dinesh Ji's link of Sida acuta, having similar leaves with reddish veins.

Sida sp. to me too; and must be acuta.

Hopefully someone (calling Vijayasankar ji) helps in validating the species.

Garg ji, the flower stalk does look extra long - may be variation.
