                 I think it is Dipteracanthus sp. belonging to family Acanthaceae.

On further checking in Flora of Sahyadri's by Shrikant ji, I think it appears to be Ruellia prostrata syn. Dipteracanthus prostrata (bell weed or black weed) as per the link: http://www.hear.org/Pier/species/ruellia_prostrata.htm

I think leaves are different here from R.prostrata and similar to R.patula.
