This is Crotalaria species. More views of leaves and fruits (if possible no. of seeds) will help to id it. It may be C. evolvuloides (?)

Perhaps fruits will help as Crotalaria evolvuloides has hairy fruits.
Leaves on the lower branch certainly does not seem to be C.
evolvuloides.
