The pictures are not very clear. However the second picture reminds me
of the neem tree. I may be wrong.

It is not neem. However, it may be Bakain- Melia azadarach. It is a guess

It could be Azadirachta indica, Neem (not very sure though because shot is
from a distance) but definitely not Melia azedarach which has bipinnate
leaves.

Very close to Toona ciliata rather than above two species based on Habit structure and leaflets length, but information is very poor,
