Could be Pine Species.

as per my knowledge its Abies spp. looking more similar with Abies
spectabilis found in Himalayas. Please check 'Conifers of the world by
Dolimore and jackson' for clear identification.
Also clear pic of leaves+male & female cone is needed for authentic
identification.

conifers are tricky  to diagnose on just pics in passing

I think it could be Picea pungens or Picea abies.
