This shrub was found on way to and near Amboli a hill station.
No idea about ID.

... most probably Cissus woodrowii ... commonly known as: Woodrow's grape tree • Marathi: गिरणूळ girnul

Thanks for the lead Dinesh.
The leaves are trifoliate and not lobed.
On detailed searching of the picture and references can this be Cissus reticulata a climber?
The description fairly matches with the shown plant.
