Alka ji,

Just a guess...

I had seen a similar plant in Atlanta Botanical Garden which was identified as Lespedeza Species.

Your plant looks close to Lespedeza bicolor.

This is just a guess.

This should be Lespedeza bicolor Turcz.
Since there is no record in wild in Flora of Maharashtra, cultivated as an ornamental flowering shrub as Shrubby Bushclover, native to China.
