I think this will also be Agave vivipara L. (syn: Agave cantula Roxb.) as identified by Surajit ji in other other two threads herein.

On further consideration, I think it is Agave americana only.

Sir, the 3rd picture shows crenate or sinuate margin in young leaves, besides leaf blade colour is unpolished marble or stone like, leaves are rigid except two or three at base. Also leaf lade is significantly broad at the middle and above. I would go for A. americana.
