Gland on the midrib at the backside of leaf suggests Kydia, I think.

Going by keys from Flora of China, it should be K. glabrescens
I could also find one specimen with similar leaves in GBIF

A small to medium-sized deciduous tree with white flowers. Altitude : 800-1,500 m. ?
