Balanites aegyptiaca ? (12.01.10 NJ)

Dear Friends,
 
Flowers which were earlier Identified as Balanites aegyptiaca are posted once again for confirmation. Last year these flowers were seen at Manali at this time. Now same flowers were seen every where at Dalhousie (HP)

Thanks sir, I was also not sure of this ID as these thorny shrubs are generally found in desert regions.

This could be Prinsepia utilis of Rosaceae if the fruits are about 1.5
cm long, with persistent calyx and of dark purple colour. Regards
