Seems to be Justicia brandegeana.

Seems to be Pachystachys lutea 'red' cultivar as per first link .
last link has names confusing me , but one image is similar to yours . 
I think you match leaves to conclude species . Whether Pachystachys lutea or Justicia brandegeana .

It should be Justicia brandegeeana rather than Pachystachys lutea as per images and details herein and as per the difference between the two at
