Hi! chestnut tree probably planted by the British as its traditional to have roasted chestnuts at Christmas.the fruit i think turns brown when ripe.can someone id the third pic.tks

The third one appears to be Pistacia chinensis (Kakkar/ Pistachio wood/ East IndianMastiche).
