primula flowers, Near Bumla Pass (13000 ft- alt.)

There is some chance for Primula calderiana subsp. hawaii as per https://www.researchgate.net/publication/303867160_Primula_calderiana_subsp_bawaii_Primulaceae_A_new_subspecies_from_Arunachal_Pradesh_India

The leaves change with time. In your photo they are very early; later they expand and become rounder and more dentate. John
