Thank you Pudji ji for ID.....

I asked for one ID and got 2 IDs. Thanks for IDing the cactus at the background of the first pic. The flowers in the first pic belong to the plant in the second pic.

Googling indicated that Echeveria x imbricata is a cultivar/hybrid.
