This can be Epidendrum radicans but it has many hybrids. E. ibaguense
seems to match with this a lot too. There is no wild species for this
genus in India.

Epidendrum radicans is the easiest name to attach. But yes it is possible or may be hybrid. Need to see the whole plant and leaves.
