Hi
This is Gowri sankar...my flat no j-202...just now i have seen bhoomi puja pic from the facebook post of Mr Anandraj bahadur..later i sent a whatsapp message to know about the details... in a reply he informed me that bhoomi puja ceremony was happend on 21st Aug..and importantly they have got the necessary approvals from GVMC and they are going to start the project from this month end...

Dear All,
I had met Mr Ravi Kumar on 28th Aug. I was updated that all the permissions are in place and they will be starting construction work (excavation) from 31st Aug. The contract was given to Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd. All the material will be supplied by Indiabulls and Labor, work will be done by the contractor. I made a site visit and Boomi pooja is done. They are planning to issue a news paper ad (in Hindu) next week. The current price they are quoting is 3600 psft for new bookings. There were minor changes to the plan. Swimming pool and some more changes (side walk etc..) are done as per suggestions given by GVMC commissioner. New date for possession is May 2018.
