Dear all

I wanted to run exe file on my MacBook Air and was looking for possible solutions with:
Cost involved
Least hassle
Least risk of viruses etc (problems of windows)

Then I learnt about Winebottler, it is a software which runs exe files
I just downloaded and using it now

Query:

Parallels and boot camp are two options of dual boot, any experience or opinion on comparison of both of these.

Another query is if we dual boot, can we use SD card in the slot for windows and to store the windows related data

Regards

Harpal

Parallels desktop is a virtual machine software similar to VMware fusion. It is not a dual boot. Bootcamp is a dual boot... If you have a powerful machine parallels is a much better option than bootcamp and in case you use parallel all data and windows OS itself is stored as an image file which you can have in your SD card.
