What do people use to parse RSS/Atom?

I looked at Rome, which seems to be the most common answer. I've never seen a project in such a state of disarray (even by java.net's appalling standards).

Are there any other, modern libraries?

To be honest I've not seen anything newer than Rome really - the Rome library is ( or was, the last time I used it ) really nice to work with, but just a quick search seems to show that - as you say the project in even worse shape than I remember.

The "new" websites domain directs to a holding page :p I'll do some hunting and see what I can dig up, I know a few folk who were doing some heavy RSS/Atom stuff so might be able to dig something up.

Thanks. The real homepage is https://rometools.jira.com and even that contains broken links (notably to the tutorials!) and little info overall.
