Good morning all.

As part of the ongoing discussions about how to manage the virtual Connectathon, we've
come up with some mechanisms on how to submit tests for monitor evaluation.

For the vast majority of test instances, the process won't be very different than 'live' testing.  You complete the test, set it to Ready for monitor review and submit it.

However, some tests require more specific actions.  Those are those where the monitor would usually come over and see the test running live. To address those tests, we've come up with a couple of options.

1.  'Replay' - Test partners are asked to “replay” some steps under direct Monitor observation.

2.  'Real Time' - Test partners have a monitor evaluate a test while it's running.

I don't think we have any tests that need the 'Replay' option.  We do have a few tests that are evaluated in real time.  I think those are the ACM_Multiple_ARs_AMs_and_ACs , DEC_Multiple_DORs_DOCs , DEC_Multiple_DORs_DOFs_DOCs , DEC_w_WCM_Option_Basic , MEMDMC_Multiple_DMIRs_Multiple_D MICs IDCO_Multiple_IDCR_Vendors_One_IDCC

If you all agree, Michael and I can add that designation to those tests for this year.  It will include a link to how to prep the tests for evaluation.

I plan on discussing this on today's Connectathon call.  To be honest, we don't have enough participants registered for multiple participant tests, so they may be orphaned this year.  Those are the only required tests this would apply to.

If you can't make today's call, please feel free to let us know what you think.

Regards,
Paul

I am not able to make it to the call today.  I think adding the designation and link is a good plan.
