IGV can determine the cis or trans allelic relationship of the C797S with T790M (EGFR EXON 20) ?

 HI! this tool is  amazing!,   I WANT TO  know   IF  IGV  can  determine the cis or trans allelic relationship of the C797S with T790M (EGFR EXON 20) with a blood sample was collected in  LUNG CANCER PATIENT? AND  HOW TO Operation IGV to achieve this function?    thanks ! a lot!

Hi, no it cannot, its a visualization tool only.   You might be able to infer it from visualization, but the tool itself wont' make a determination.
